stylish b&b with EXCELLENT service
convenient location dining options
This b&b had a VERY convenient location near luxury shops. It was perfect. The room i had was super clean and while compact, it included what i required. Alessandro showed great hospitality and offered valuable recommendations for dining options.
The room i had received fresh paint, so there was a terrible smell. This made it hard to breathe when i first entered. I wish they had aired it out a bit more before my arrival

The breakfast offered a nice selection, including fresh juice, pastries, ham and cheese. A cappuccino machine was available. A cooked breakfast could be purchased for a small additional fee. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared.

Alessandro's warm welcome and attentive care throughout my stay stood out. He was always ready to assist and provided suggestions on what to see and do. His hospitality elevated the experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is amazing. A water ferry stop is only five minutes away. Piazza San Marco, the Accademia, and the Guggenheim galleries are all within easy walking distance, i found. This accessibility makes exploring seamless.

The rooms are well kept and very clean. This creates a comfortable environment. The b&b itself felt secure, and internet access was fast and free.

mixed feelings about my stay
terrible smell simple breakfast
the location was quite good. it made getting around relatively easy.
the room was freshly painted, i think. a terrible smell permeated everything and the heat made it almost unbearable. breakfast was simple, not at all what i expected for the price i paid. the value just wasn't there.

Decent Stay
warm welcome early check clean apartment terrible smell simple breakfast small room
Alessandro gave such a warm greeting upon my arrival. He waited right outside the B&B. This allowed me to find him quite easily. The apartment is near the water taxi jetty. It is also spacious and clean.
The room have fresh paint. It have a terrible smell. You cannot breath entering with the heat. Breakfast seemed pretty simple.

beautiful style available assistance perfect location water taxi
the building had a beautiful style in the room and the lounge area. alessandro was always available for assistance. it was located centrally and i found the location perfect! alessandro helped us getting water taxi on the last day because there was a water bus strike.
the room was a bit small.

The facilities are well kept, as described, it is a boutique setup. i had a kettle and coffee machine in my room. i found the interior very beautiful, a beautiful style indeed.
